SYDNEY CHRISTIAN COLLEGE

The College offers its weekly tuition during NSW Public School Terms for up to ten weeks per term as specified in its timetable. No weekly tuition takes place during any NSW public school holidays, although other training programs may be offered during such time.

By enrolling yourself and or your child into any of the College's tuition programs or any other programs, you are deemed to have agreed unconditionally and irrevocably that:

1. you, the applicant, are the legal parent or guardian of the child/student, and have the legal right over your child for such purpose, or you are at least 18 years old;
2. you will pay for all fees charged by the College for all the ACE PACEs and any educational materials provided by the College to you or your child;
3. the prices for ACE PACEs and any educational materials on this website are indicative prices only, they are subject to changes, and the College reserves the sole right and discretion to vary any of these prices without any prior notice;
4. you will respect the copyrights of all ACE PACEs and any educational resources provided by the College to you or your child;
5. you will pay an additional administrative fee of fifty dollars per month to an overdue invoice after thirty days from the date it is first issued to you or your child;
6. you authorise the College to administer first aid to you or your child and or to call ambulance for you or your child in the case of emergency if deemed necessary by the College, and you will pay all related costs involved in such emergency services provided to you or your child;
7. you will return to the College all ACE PACEs and any educational materials provide by the College, once completed;
8. you will return to the College any ACE PACEs and any educational materials provided by the College whether completed or not, when you withdraw yourself or your child from or no longer attend the College's tuition program for more than two weeks during school term;
9. all completed ACE PACEs and PACE Tests are filed and kept at the College and are not for loan for any purpose;
10. you will pay for all damages and liabilities caused by you or your child inside or outside of the College's venues or sites;
11. you are responsible to purchase sufficient insurance cover for you or your child concerning health and safety inside or outside of the College's venues or sites if you consider such insurance is necessary for you or your child;
12. you are responsible to purchase sufficient insurance cover for you or your child concerning public liability and professional indemnity if you consider such insurance is necessary for you or your child;
13. one block of tuition consists of ten weeks, if you enrol during term then the remaining weeks will continue into the following term of the current school year or into the following school year whichever is the earlier, tuition fee is not refundable under any circumstances;
    we will email you when you or your child is placed into our tuition program or into our waiting list;
14. any shipping/application fee charged to you will not be refundable under any circumstances;
15. you and/or your child as a student enrolled at the College is willing to follow the instructions of our the College teachers, supervisors and staff;
16. you and/or your child will conduct yourself, himself or herself at the College with proper manner, proper care and proper safety consideration in relation to yourself, himself, herself, the College staff, or any other persons;
17. you are responsible to take sufficient medical care and treatment for any medical conditions you and/or your child may have, and notify the College in writing by emailing to the Collegemails@gmail.com such medical condition and any risk imposed by such medical condition;
18. you will withdraw yourself and/or your child from attending the College if you and/or your child have any medical condition that will put yourself, your child and/or any persons at risk at the College;
19. you indemnify the College (and all associated entities) against any claim asserted by persons and/or organisations (and all associated entities) resulting from any circumstance which directly or indirectly arises out of the College (and all associated entities) and/or arises out of you and/or your child (and all associated entities);
20. the College does not provide supervision of your child before or after the College's tuition sessions, you will arrange for the transportation of your child to the College at the beginning, and for the immediate pick up of your child from the College at the end, of each tuition session at its venue;
21. any ACE Supervisor Training is for the purpose of a Christian parent tutoring his/her own children and or other children at home. Parents who do home tutoring are not employees of the College, are advised to purchase all the required insurance policies to protect themselves, all the children they tutor, their homes, and for professional indemnity and public liabilities. Students being tutored at home are subject to the College's full Terms and Conditions as published on this website in the same way as other students in terms of resource use and fees, damages and liabilities, professional indemnity, and all other aspects of the Terms and Conditions;
22. the College reserves the sole right and discretion whether to accept your application for enrolment into any of its tuition programs without having to give any ground or reasons; if your application for enrolment is unsuccessful and you or your child is not placed into our waiting list, the College will refund your account balance in such circumstances except the non-refundable shipping/application fee;
23. the College reserves the sole right and discretion to terminate any of its tuition programs or any student's enrolment without any prior notice and without giving any ground for such termination, and will refund your account balance in such circumstances except the non-refundable shipping/application fee;
24. the College reserves the sole right and discretion to change its venue and time for tuition or to postpone its tuition without prior notice in emergency;
25. the College may invite you or your child to become a Christian;
26. the College disclaims any liabilities and damages caused by or related to you or your child under any circumstances inside or outside of the College at any of its tuition venues or sites;
27. the College reserves the sole right and discretion to amend any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice;
28. the College's Terms and Conditions, as published on this website, apply to new and continuing students and/or any persons at the College;
29. enrolling either online or offline youself or your child into any of the College's tuition programs or any other programs means that you the applicant have agreed irrevocably and unconditionally to the College's Terms and Conditions as published on this website.
